Love For The Culture
Kicks By The Dozen was created from my pure love and passion for sneakers and the culture it represents. As a kid, I remember having sneakers that my favorite athletes wore. From Jordan’s, to Deion’s, Griffey’s, and Penny’s, I was blessed to have a few pairs. All of those athletes were huge contributors to my love for sneakers but no one contributed more than the neighborhood I grew up in. 12th St in Kansas City, Mo is where I grew up and having the hottest and latest sneakers were a necessity. The culture was represented in every way with every style and brand of shoe. This is where my passion for sneakers and the culture grew. “The Dozen” pays tribute to where it all began for me.
